We recommend filling your pouf with bean bag beans or old clothes/rags/bedding. Bean bag filler can be purchased in stores like Walmart or many online retailers including Amazon. Our poufs are approximately 3 cubic feet. Using 3 cubic feet of filler will give you a slouchy beanbag look. If you want your pouf to be firm we recommend using 2-3x the cubic feet of the pouf. Recommendations linked below:

Tips on filling your pouf:

If you plan to use bean bag filling, we recommend lining the inside of your pouf with a large garbage bag & then pouring your filler into the garbage bag. Securely knot the garbage bag, tuck it into the cover & zip shut. Taking this extra step will keep beans from spilling out if the zipper gets played with (because kids) or eventually wiggles open.
