If you are not completely satisfied with your Harmony House purchase please contact us at hello@harmonyhousellc.com. We are available Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm CST. You may return any unused, unopened items to the address below for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery and a brief note explaining the return/exchange. We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt & tracking number. Harmony House is not responsible for shipping costs on returns or for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note: we will not accept returns if items are in less than perfect condition, these items will be sent back at the customer's expense. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received and in most cases cannot be canceled. When you receive your item, use our return procedure to return the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Note: refused deliveries will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 10% handling fee. *Sale items are not eligible for return. Returns/exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
