This listing is for a digital file, NO physical product will be mailed to you. Your download will contain two high-resolution files sized for two different ratios:

4:5 ratio: Use this file to print sizes 8x10 or 16x20
2:3 ratio: Use this file to print sizes 12x18, 20x30, or 24x36

Other sizes can be printed as well but some cropping may be required.

Upon purchase, you will be able to download your art file immediately or download it from an email that will be sent to your inbox. Don't see the email? Make sure to look in your junk/spam folders, if you are a gmail user make sure to check your "promotions" tab. 

Due to the nature of a digital purchase NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are available, all sales of digital prints are final. We are not responsible for lost or damaged digital files. We recommend saving your files to a computer AND a separate hard drive or flash drive immediately to ensure you don’t lose your files in the unfortunate event of a computer crash.

For the DIYer: if you have a home printer you can print your art right at home! 

For professional-quality printing we recommend: Mpix, Kinkos, Snapfish, or a local print shop

However, due to different monitors & their color calibrations, and different print shops’ paper & ink quality, Harmony House cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in the color of our digital files once printed compared with that of the items you see on your screen.
